The petitioner contends that he had made an application on 12.06.2015 and 20.11.2015 to 2nd respondent for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deeds in respect of the subject land; and that the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders therein. 2.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the petitioner should apply in Form VI(A) prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 before the 2nd respondent; and if such an application is filed by petitioner, the 2nd respondent will take appropriate action within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of such application. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's application in Form IV(A) prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, if such an application is filed by petitioner; and the 2nd respondent shall take appropriate action within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of such application, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if
