THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.45342 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not registering the crime against the respondents 4 to 11.

Today when the matter is called, learned Government Pleader on the basis of written instructions submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 24-06-2016, police registered a case in Cr.No.14 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 342 and 506 r/w 34 IPC on 28-01-2017. 3.
In view of registration of crime pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, the police are directed to investigate into the crime. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
