THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.11162 of 2018 ORDER :

Both the defacto-complainant and the petitioner/ A.1 in Cr.No.13 of 2018 of P.S. Keesara, Rachakonda, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.420,468,471,447,506 and 120-B IPC, along with their counsel are present.

Both the parties stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offences supra. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in Cr.No.13 of 2018 of P.S. Keesara, Rachakonda, against the petitioner/ A.1 and he is acquitted. His bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
