THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 6671 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Civil Revision Petition, petitioners pray for a direction to the learned II Additional District Judge, Kurnool at Adoni, to consider and pass necessary orders in I.A.No.517 of 2018 in A.S.No.53 of 2018 by the next date of hearing i.e., on 10.12.2018.

The grievance of the petitioners is that since long date has been given, there is a threat from the respondents' side of creating 3rd party interest in the suit schedule property. Having regard to the limited prayer of the petitioners, since the aforesaid I.A. was filed on 12.10.2018 and considering the urgency pleaded by the petitioners, the learned II Additional District Judge, Kurnool at Adoni, shall make an endeavour to dispose of I.A.No.517 of 2018 in A.S.No.53 of 2018 on merits, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

CKR, J C.R.P.No.6671 of 2018 With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
