THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12188 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.200 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, L.R.Palli, YSR Kadapa District. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law including filing of discharge petition. He further submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to represent the petition by way of special vakalat. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available to him under law including filing of discharge petition, if charges are already not framed. If the petitioner files the petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
