ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has retired from service.

This writ petition is filed seeking to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits. Since the petitioner has retired from service, at this stage, the relief of reinstatement cannot be granted to the petitioner.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
