HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.16359 of 2014 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.278 of 2014 of Narketpally Police Station, Nalgonda District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 447, 504 and 506 r/w 34 IPC.

2) Pending disposal of the Criminal Petition, the petitioners/ accused Nos. 1 to 3 and defacto-complainant filed Crl.P.M.P. No.5442 of 2015 seeking permission of this Court to compound the offences.

3) Heard the de facto complainant and accused Nos.1 to 3 in person representing through advocates, who are present and they stated that they purchased peace and settled the matter including all inter se disputes between them, hence in the interest of both parties, permission be accorded.

3) Accordingly, permission is accorded to compound the offences by invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C to subserve the ends of justice and as the defacto-complainant want to compound the case. The proceedings are permitted to be compounded at the crime stage.

4) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all

the proceedings relating to Crime No.278 of 2014 of Narketpally Police Station, Nalgonda, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
