1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / accused Nos.1 to 5 in Cr.No.103 of 2015 on the file of Yellareddypet Police Station, Karimnagar district, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 of IPC.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3 In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
