Sri N. Jayasurya, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to pursue the remedies as available to the petitioner in relation to the alleged illegal activities of the 4th respondent with regard to the 3rd respondent society.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications pending, if any shall also stand dismissed.
