When the matter was called on 23.09.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and, hence, the matter was directed to be listed to this date, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, when the matter appeared in the cause list, again, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, I find that the petitioner is no longer interested to prosecute this Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.
