1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.4 and A.5 in C.C.No.204 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Special Court for the Trial of Video Piracy Cases, Hyderabad.

2 The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed letter dated 03.11.2015 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been in the Court today. Permission is accorded.

3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
