Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed and the same was assigned C.C.No.366 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vemulavada, Karimnagar District. Learned counsel for the petitioners would not raise any objection.

In view of the said submission, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
