THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38190 of 2018 O R D E R:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had made a representation on 13.08.2015 to the 4th respondent seeking appointment on compassionate ground and that the 4th respondent has not disposed of the same though more than three years have elapsed.

The Government Pleader for Home(Services) appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
