RespondenUComplainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Crimlnal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioner/accused No. 02 on Anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest of the Petitioner/accused No. 02 in Connection with Cr.No. 21112018 on the file of the P.S., Nalgonda ll Town Nalgonda;
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof upon hearing the arguments of P PRABHAKAR RAO Advocate for the Petitioner and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.2, for grant of bail in Crime No.211 of 2018 of Nalgonda ll Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 4'17 and 420 ol lPC. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the res ponde nt-State and perused the record3.
As per the material placed on record, the dispute is with regard to the registration of sale deed and payment of sale consideration. lt is also alleged that one of the documents executed by the petitioner/A.2 had not been cancelled by him. lt is further brought to the notice of this Court that a civil suit O.S.No.163 of 2018 is pending on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Nalgonda. lt is further brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/A.2 and A.1 in this case had lodged a report with ll Town Police Station, Nalgonda for not handing over the deeds after registration by the de facfo complainant. Basing on that, a case in Crime No.195 of 201a was registered by the police for cheating, etc., and the same is pending.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, material available on record and the circumstances placed on record, the petitioner/A.2 can be granted bail on some conditions. 5.
The petitioner/A.2 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Nalgonda ll Town Police Station, Nalgonda District within 15 days from
(he date of this order. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner/A.2 on bail on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to his satisfaction. On such release, the petitioner/A.2 shall report before the said Station House Officer, on every Sunday between 09:00 and 10:00 A.M., till filing of the charge sheet. The petitioner/A.2 shall also abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C., and shall cooperate with the investigating officer in investigation of the case.

The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
