CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.32363 of 2015 Dt: 05.07.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the order of the District Forum, Ranga Reddy, R.R.District dated 13.08.2015 passed in C.C.No.85/2014 as illegal, arbitrary and exceeding its jurisdiction and consequently set aside the said order by allowing the Writ Petition."
In view of reconstitution of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for the State of Telangana, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue her case pending before the State Commission and also the IA stated to have been filed by her for interlocutory relief. To facilitate the petitioner to avail appropriate interim relief, interim order, dated 05-10-2015, passed in this Writ Petition, shall continue for a period of one month.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
