Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Standing counsel for respondents 3 and 4. 2.

Petitioner claims to be in occupation of the premises belonging to Telangana State Village Library in Medchal village and running a fair price shop as per the dealership granted to her in the village. This writ petition is filed alleging that the 4th respondent is taking steps to evict her from fair price shop. 3.

As no decision is made so far and communicated to the petitioner asking her to vacate the premises stated to have been occupied by her, on mere apprehension the Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and grant the relief. There is no cause of action for the petitioner in rushing to this Court. The writ petition is liable to be dismissed as pre-mature. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as pre-mature. Petitioner is granted liberty to avail appropriate remedies as and when any coercive action is taken against her. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
