Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the fact that the charge sheet in this case is filed and the case is numbered as C.C.No.136 of 2012, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, the petitioners have to face the trial. However, considering the request of learned counsel for petitioners, the presence of petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 to 4 in C.C.No.136 of 2012 on the file of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Excise Court, Ongole, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their attendance.
