THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.33700 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of Constitution of India, is filed seeking a direction to respondent No.4 to register a case basing on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 25.9.2016, against respondent Nos.5 to 8.

Heard and perused the record.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that though he lodged a complaint on 25.9.2016, respondent No.4 herein is not registering a case against respondent Nos.5 to 8. 4.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, respondent No.4 is directed to register a case against respondent Nos.5 to 8 if the complaint lodged by the petitioner discloses any cognizable offence and investigate into the same and file a final report, if any. If there is any refusal on the part of respondent No.4 to register the case, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer a complaint to the superior officer of respondent No.4 and also to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
