This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/ A.3, for grant of bail in Crime No.326 of 2018 of Prohibition and Excise Station, Dhoolpet, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.3, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Having argued the matter elaborately for considerable time, the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.3 seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Petition.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/ A.3 is involved in ten other similar cases. However, in view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.3, permission is accorded to withdraw the Criminal Petition.
