HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19979 of 2016 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the l i s in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 13.04.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.12248 of 2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Recording the aforesaid submission the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to pass appropriate orders on the representations filed by the petitioners within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Office is to append a copy of the order in WP.No.12248 of 2016, dated 13.04.2016.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
