Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader that, pursuant to the registration of crime, respondent-police authorities have produced the subject vehicle before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Atmakur.

In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Atmakur, for release of the subject vehicle, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
