This writ petition is filed challenging the notice, dated 28-04-2015 issued by the 3rd respondent in not permitting him to perform his normal duty.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that challenging non renewal of contract, the petitioner filed W.P.No.36070 of 2015 and in view of the order passed in the said writ petition, this writ petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. 3.
