Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Services-I (Telangana) appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the respondents in disposing of his representation dt.28.05.2018 made to 2nd respondent for release of nine increments which have been withheld by the 2nd respondent and to revise his pensionary benefits taking into consideration the final order dt.20.02.2015 in W.P.No.31447 of 2014.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that having received the said representation no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of

this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
