Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant. As notice sent to the 2nd respondent/accused returned 'Door Locked' is a sufficient service for the 2nd respondent/accused. 2.

The prayer in the criminal petition is for early disposal of the calendar case pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vikarabad.

Taking consideration of this fact, subject to the other work exigencies, the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vikarabad, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.69 of 2015 preferably within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
