THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.11186 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.8, for grant of bail in connection with the unregistered crime for the proposed offences under Sections 406, 420, 493, 506 and 120B read with 34 IPC on the file of the Golugonda Police Station, Visakhapatnam District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.8 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Without there being any crime registered, the petitioners/A.1 to A.8 are apprehending arrest, for non-bailable offences, by the Station House Officer, Golugonda Police Station, Visakhapatnam.

Under these circumstances, the Station House Officer, Golugonda Police Station, Visakhapatnam shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioners/A.1 to A.8.
