ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.'1, for grant of bail in Crime No.151 of 2014 ol Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 oI lPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the res ponde nt-State and perused the record.

lt is brought to the notice of this Court that charge sheet has already been filed. Vide order dated '10.10.2018 in Crl.P.No.10452 of 2018, this Court directed the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned with liberty to file an application for bail and thereafter, the Court concerned was directed to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as possible. Since charge sheet has already been filed and as the allegations are with regard to borrowing of Rs.10.00 lakhs, issuing of cheque and dishonour of the same, the issue appears to be civil in nature. Further, the petitioner pleaded that his health is not good,
considering these circumstances, the petitioner/A.1 can be granted bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. on some conditions.

The petitioner/A.1 is directed to surrender before the Vll Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad within two weeks from the date of this order. On such surrender, the learned Magistrate shall release the petitioneriA.l on bail on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to his satisfaction. On such release, the petitioner/A.1 shall not leave lndia, without permission and shall not cause hindrance in the trial of the case. 5.
The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
