THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.3396 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in suspending the authorization of the petitioner by proceedings in Rc.No.3843/12G, dated 14.8.2012 as illegal and arbitrary.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter dated 22.9.2016 seeking permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
