O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, in considering the applications filed by the petitioner on 25-07-2018 and 08.10.2018 in Form VI -A of A. P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971, for issuing and updating of title deeds-cum-pattadar pass books and in paying the benefits under Raithu Baandu Scheme, in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the above referred applications of the petitioner filed under Form VI-A of the Act, are stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, the said authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
