Heard.

The petitioner, who is a member of the Association registered under the Societies Registration Act, seeks to raise a dispute relating to holding of annual general body meeting and non-holding of elections. All such disputes can be very well resolved under Section 24 of the A.P. Societies Registration Act, 2001 and the petitioner could have as well approach the Court of Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, instead of filing the present writ petition.

With the liberty to pursue appropriate remedy, the writ petition is declined to be entertained.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
