This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.21.09.2015 in C.P. No.98 of 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. Mr. Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that out of Rs.45,46,144/- undertaken to be paid by his client in six equal monthly instalments commencing from the end of January, 2016, his client has already paid Rs.41,00,000/- and that the balance amount will be paid by him within eight weeks. This submission, which remained uncontroverted due to absence of the counsel for the petitioner, is placed on record and the contempt case is closed. _______________________ C.V.
