In both these writ petitions, the petitioners are challenging the orders of the 2nd respondent vide Proceedings No.L&O/1257/2018, dated 13.07.2018 by ordering to seize the property of the petitioners bearing Flat No.G4, Ground Floor of Anantha Nilayam, having a built up area of 1100 sq feet situated in Plot No.134.1, 134/2 and 137 and 138 in Sy.No.69 situated at Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District by invoking Section 18 (1) of PTI Act with immediate effect basing on the letter issued by respondent-police, continuation of the same seized the Flat by the police and consequently seeking to set aside the impugned order by directing the respondents to release the seized property and hand over the same to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 30-04-2019 passed by this Court in WP.No.38415 of 2018.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the order dated 30-04-2019 passed by this Court in WP.No.38415 of 2018, these writ petitions are also disposed of directing the petitioners to make an application to the 2nd respondent-Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate-cum Revenue Divisional Officer putting forth their grievance. In the event of filing of such an application, the 2nd respondent shall examine and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
