Sri T.N.M. Ranga Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the auction proposed to be held by the court below was cancelled and therefore, his client instructed him to withdraw the civil revision petition. Learned counsel also produced the letter written by his client.

In view of the above, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this case, shall stand closed.
