THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20277 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as a Clerk on 05.09.1995 at Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society (PACS), Vishwanadhapuram, Pachipenta Mandal in Vizianagaram District. He was promoted as the Chief Executive Officer and posted to PACS, Kathely, and later to PACS, Chamudu, on 02.03.2009. The petitioner was placed under suspension on 22.08.2015 and no subsistence allowance is paid to him. In view of the same, the present Writ Petition is filed, since his representation dated 26.04.2016 was also not considered by the concerned authorities.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents agreed for disposal of the present Writ Petition.

In view of the facts stated above, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.04.2016 and pass appropriate orders with regard to payment of subsistence allowance, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
