THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.45300 OF 2016 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed alleging that petitioner is not allowed to participate in one day work shop for the disabled persons, even though petitioner has responded to the paper notification issued calling for such enlistment. The prayer sought in the writ petition is that the application of the petitioner is rejected for participation in one day work shop programme for effective implementation of Inclusive Education for Disabled at Secondary Stage (IEDSS) activities under Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA), and to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner-society in one day work shop programme, for effective implementation of IEDSS activities under RMSA . 2.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that work shop was already conducted on 29.11.2016. He also drew my attention to Page No.18 of the material papers enclosed to the affidavit, wherein it is already indicated that the work shop would be conducted on 29.11.2016 and the officials have confirmed that the work shop was conducted on the said date.

Since the work shop was already conducted, no relief as sought for can be granted at this stage, and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as having become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
