HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI Writ Petition No.38360 of 2018 ORDER: (V. Ramasubramanian, J) This writ petition arises out of a conditional order of stay granted by the Debts Recovery Tribunal to an auction sale.

2. Today, it is represented by the learned standing counsel for the bank that there were no bidders in the auction and hence, the auction got cancelled. Therefore, nothing may survive even in the appeal filed.

Hence, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
