THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6438 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Civil Revision Petition, the petitioner prays for a direction to the learned II Additional District Judge, Adoni to consider and pass necessary orders in I.A.No.521 of 2018 in A.S.No.55 of 2018 by the next date of hearing i.e. on 16.11.2018. The grievance of the petitioner is that since long date has been given there is a threat from the respondents side of creating 3rd party interest on the suit schedule property. Having regard to the limited prayer of the petitioner, since the I.A. was filed on 12.10.2018, considering the urgency pleaded by the petitioners, the learned II Additional District Judge, Adoni, shall make an endeavour to dispose of the same on merits, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the said direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
