HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10003 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 and A2 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.650 of 2013 on the file of IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Sections 420 and 272 r/w 34 IPC. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 23.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Chikkadpally Police Station, Hyderabad and submitted that after filing of charge sheet, C.C.No.650 of 2013 was registered and the same was ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 31.07.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.650 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
