THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2016 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.152 of 2014 on the file of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that entire investigation is completed and the police filed charge sheet before the Court on 13-09-2016. Therefore, cause for filing petition does not survive in view of subsequent changes. However, liberty is given to challenge the proceedings in Calendar Case.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to challenge the proceedings in Calendar Case. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
