Heard.

The petitioners seek to question the notice dated 28-12-2015 issued by the 3rd respondent. However, it is evident that the said notice is issued in pursuance of the directions of the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.10026 of 2015, dated 01-06-2015 and it appears that a contempt case is already filed for non-compliance of the directions. Learned counsel for the petitioners merely seeks some more time to remove the bricks lying in the land in question and he states that the manufacturing activity of the bricks is already shut down. I am of the view that the petitioners have to make appropriate application only before Division Bench and no relief can be granted in this writ petition.
