ORDER:

Heard both sides.

2. It is not in controversy that with regard to similar question arising out similar Sy.No.159/2, Salur village and Municipality, Vizianagaram District, this Court passed orders in WP.No.9582 of 2014 dated 28.03.2014 and the said ratio would apply to the facts and circumstances of the present writ petition.

Following the said order, this writ petition is disposed of with similar direction, extracted hereunder:

"For the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Sub-Registrar, Salur, Vizianagaram District (3rd respondent) to furnish market value concerning the property situated in survey No.159/2 of Salur Municipality and to receive the deed of conveyance as and when the same is presented by the petitioner on the said property and process the same in accordance with the provisions of Indian Registration Act, and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, without raising the objection the land is classified as Government land. The Sub-Registrar all complete the registration formalities, if the document is in order and to release the same. If the Sub-Registrar has any other valid reason for not entertaining the document, he shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the parties. There shall be no order as to costs."

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
