THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE KONGARA VI JAYA LAKSHMI Writ Petition No.12657 of 2013 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent - Municipality in threatening to evict the petitioner or demolish the property bearing H.No.349/81/A1, situated at on road leading to Sirisilla, near Old Bus Stand, Kamareddy, Nizamabad district, without following the due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to follow due process of law before taking any action against the property of the petitioner. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
