This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the official respondent in not initiating any proceedings against the 7th respondent relating to her highhanded action in tampering of records and misappropriation of Gram Panchayat funds which has been established in the enquiries conducted by respondents 4, 5 and 6 as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the official respondents to take action in accordance with Sections 248, 249 and 265 of A.P.Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 against the 7th respondent.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition stating that certain factual aspects are not mentioned in the affidavit and certain documents are not filed along with the writ petition and sought liberty to file fresh writ petition. Accordingly, permission as sought for is granted and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
