The petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking sanction of the post of Shoe Maker in King George Hospital, Visakhapatnam, on the recommendations of respondent Nos.3 and 4 and consideration of his case in the sanctioned post. Since the relief sought for relates to the service matter of the State Government, this Court is not having jurisdiction to entertain the present Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for his relief. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
