THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38223 of 2018 O R D E R:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition assailing the order dt.27.09.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent transferring the petitioner to ZPHS, Jabithapur, as Language Pandit and not to Kalleda, which was sought by the petitioner.

It is not in dispute that petitioner's husband is posted in Gopalraopeta and that Jabithapur is only 11 Kms away from the said place while Kalleda is 10 kms away.

It cannot be said that there is any grave prejudice caused to the petitioner by being asked to work at a place which is at a distance of 1 km., more than the place to which she opted, from the place where her husband is posted.

Therefore, I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order and the Writ Petition fails.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 6.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
