Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned counsel for respondents.

2. The plaintiffs in O.S.No.622 of 2008 pending on the file of the Court of XVI Additional District Judge, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District (for short, trial Court) filed the present Civil Revision Petition alleging nondisposal of the said suit.

3. As per the docket proceedings produced before me pertaining to the said suit, on 05.10.2015, when the counsel for the plaintiffs was ready, the defendants reported not ready and it was adjourned to 04.11.2015 finally for arguments on payment of costs of Rs.300/-. However, on 04.11.2015, it was adjourned to 19.11.2015. On 19.11.2015, it was again adjourned to 15.12.2015. Since the suit is of the year 2008 and it is coming up for arguments, the trial Court shall dispose of the suit on or before 31.01.2016.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, allowed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. ______________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J Date: 11.12.2015 TJMR
