ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the proceedings initiated by the respondent bank under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, including possession notice, dated 18.07.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. After arguing the case, Mr.V.S.R.Ravinutala, learned counsel for the petitioner, has sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition unconditionally.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.29671 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
