ORDER:- Heard.
2. Petitioners intend to register a document relating to Plot No.78, admeasuring 266.66 sq. yards in survey No.320/1, LPNo.10/82, Parimala Nagar, Kallur Village and Mandal, Kurnool District.
3. The subject matter of this writ petition is similar to the one considered by this court in W.P.No.19667 of 2013 and batch. Hence, there shall be a similar order in this writ petition also.
4. Writ petition is allowed directing the Sub-Registrar, Kallur, to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners for registration in respect of the subject lands without reference to the claim by the Wakf Board. In the event the documents presented for registration are found to fulfil the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908, and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Sub-Registrar, shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
