Kandla Ramamamma .....Respondent Counsel for the appellant: GP for Appeals (AP) Counsel for the respondent: Mr. K.Rathanga Pani Reddy The Court made the following:

CVNR, J & MSKJ, J Dated:21.4.2017 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) These appeals by the State arise out of notification-wise common orders of the reference Court in various L.A.O.Ps. on the file of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal, Kurnool District, whereby he has enhanced the compensation for the structures by 90% over and above the value fixed by the Land Acquisition Officer.

At the hearing, it is admitted by the learned counsel for both the parties that L.A.A.S.No.213 of 2013 arising out of similar order was partly allowed by this Court, vide judgment, dated 07.04.2016, whereby the enhancement was restricted to 80%, instead of 90% over and above the value fixed by the Land Acquisition Officer as ordered by the Reference Court. In view of the above facts, these Appeals are partly allowed by restricting the enhanced compensation for the structures to 80% over and above the value fixed by the Land Acquisition Officer. The orders under appeals are modified to the above extent and the rest of the benefits conferred therein shall remain as it is.

CVNR, J & MSKJ, J Dated:21.4.2017 As a sequel to allowing these appeals, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in these appeals shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
