ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the proceedings dated 03.06.2015 of the 2nd respondent in terminating the petitioner from duties as Field Assistant, Kattubadivaripalem Chilakaluripeta Mandal, Guntur District, as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was suspended without there being any specific allegation against him. A perusal of the impugned proceedings goes to show that the petitioner was suspended on the ground that he has not provided any work to coolies during the financial year 2015-16 and failed to increase the mandays.

In any event these facts have to be established by evidence which can be let in by either of the parties in the course of enquiry by the authority concerned and this Court is not supposed to go into the same. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order of suspension shall stand revoked. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
