This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr. No.274 of 2012 on the file of III Town Police Station, Kurnool, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 506 r/w 34 IPC.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh, brought to the notice of this Court that entire investigation in this case is completed by the Investigating agency and filed charge sheet before the concerned court on 8.07.2016.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above crime number.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
